About
Dr Sylvana Borg Caruana, born and raised in the beautiful southern summer-village of Zurrieq, holds a degree of Doctor of Laws and a Bachelor of Law in Sociology from the University of Malta from where she graduated in 2004. In the same year, she was conferred the warrant to practice as a Notary Public of Malta on the 17th of May, 2004 and was nominated as a Commissioner for Oaths by Ordinance of the President of Malta on the 23rd July 2004.
After specializing in Inheritance Law Dr. Sylvana went on to practice the profession of a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths full-time in both Malta and Gozo.
The majority of her workload is mostly appointments by Judges to publish contracts of partition and separation contracts.
Dr. Sylvana serves clients in Valletta (main office), Zurrieq (every Thursday PM), Qormi and Cospicua (by appointment). In special circumstances where client is unable to travel she also serves clients at their own home.
